A four-lesson curriculum encouraging everyone to eat more fish
Seafood at its Best is a curriculum that provides lessons for family and consumer sciences educators, nutritionists, dietitians, food service personnel and nutrition outreach professionals to help educate their clientele of the current dietary advice of eating seafood twice per week, it is believed that increased knowledge can lead to better-informed consumers and increased consumption of seafood.
