Campus Recreation offers a variety of summer activities. Some of these activities include an assortment of fitness and wellness classes to help you get fit while having fun. Work and life workshops are offered to help you balance and enhance your work and personal life.
Kayaking, rafting, backpacking, rock climbing and mountaineering are some of the outdoor adventure opportunities offered by the University of Idaho Outdoor Program. The program has a full schedule of exciting activities for the University community during the summer. Many of these activities are cooperative in nature. A wide variety of rental equipment, including rafts, kayaks, canoes, climbing and camping gear, is available at The Outdoor Program, conveniently located in the Student Recreation Center.
