Fitness Program
Stretch your mind and body with our Fitness Program. The Fitness Program offers a variety of ways to get fit and have fun including; group fitness classes, personal training sessions and fitness assessment. All fitness instructors and personal trainers are certified and ready to make you sweat.
Group Fitness Classes
- Access a variety of unlimited drop-in group fitness classes with your employee or public SRC membership. Students can access unlimited drop-in group fitness classes for just $25 per section. Visit the SRC Information Desk to purchase access.
- All classes are first come, first served and schedule is subject to change.
- View section calendar, and check the daily calendar below for most up to date class schedule based on instructor availability.
- If you'd like to be notified of class cancellations, additions or updates as they occur, sign up to receive group fitness class notifications.
Fitness Classrooms Virtual Tour
Fitness classes are held in the Student Recreation Center's two classroom facilities. Daily classes are scheduled year-round, including cycling, yoga, pilates, TRX, Zumba, open fitness and much more. Both fitness rooms can be used by patrons when there are no fitness classes.
West Fitness Room
The west room is an open, wooden sprung floor excellent for Zumba, cardio, dancing, plyometrics as well as yoga and stretching.
East Fitness Room
The east room is equipped with cycling bikes.
