Search Committee Training

Recruiting and hiring people to work at the University of Idaho is one of our most important shared responsibilities. The university is committed to creating and maintaining an environment that is diverse, inclusive and free of discrimination.

Beginning July 1, 2020, successful completion of the online Search Committee training is required to serve on all University of Idaho Search Committees. Successful completion of the training fulfills this requirement for three years from the date of completion. Employees will be asked to re-certify every three years.
