IRB Protocol Applications
IRB protocols must be submitted using the Vandals Electronic Research Administration System, or VERAS. This system will allow you to track your protocols after submission, clearly see deadlines and expiration information and streamline the review and approval process. This video demonstrates how to submit an IRB protocol.

Signing into VERAS
If you are an employee or student of the University of Idaho, please log in to VERAS using your U of I network account information. If you are not an employee or student, please contact irb@uidaho.edu to request an external account for access.
If you are an external user, please work with your study PI or irb@uidaho.edu to create a “sponsored” @uidaho.edu account as part of your system registration process.
