Tuition and Fees
ALCP students should bring enough money to cover the cost of tuition and fees, health insurance, housing expenses, books and enough cash to cover incidental expenditures. We recommend that students bring money in traveler's checks rather than cash. Students should carry all documentation of financial support for immigration purposes, as well as for registration with the ALCP.
All tuition and fees are due the first day of classes. Students can pay online via MyUI or at U of I Students Accounts Office. Proof of Funds to Support Dependents
You must be prepared to provide proof to the consular officials of sufficient funding for each accompanying dependent. Estimated support costs for one semester (including mandatory health insurance) are as follows:
- $4,200 for a spouse
- $3,080 for each child
