International Degree Equivalency Guide and Required Academic Credentials

Select a Country

To find your country's equivalency and required academic credentials:

  • Click on the first letter of the country's name

  • Chose the appropriate country of education

Note: Failure to adhere to these requirements could delay your credential evaluation and/or admission to the University of Idaho.

Do not send your original documents unless specifically requested by the Graduate Admissions Office.

Graduate Admissions follows the best practices in the industry as explored and examined through regional, national and international conferences held several times a year.

Our information does not always coincide with all respected evaluation agencies. Oftentimes, those agencies evaluate credentials for employment, professional licensing and immigration concerns, while we evaluate credentials exclusively for their education placement at this institution. There are instances when applicants would like to have their educational credentials evaluated by an outside authority. Reasons for outside review can include, but are not limited to, potential transfer credits and wish to expedite the processing of an application file.

There is a list of the professional credential evaluation services from which the University of Idaho will accept evaluations.
