Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on your groups needs we charge $5 or $10 per registrant. This is a cost that is built into the attendee’s reunion cost and covers the professional staff contact, nametags and nametag holders for attendees, campus coordination, volunteer coordination and coordination of community partnerships that cover the scope of your event.
Homecoming and other fall weekends surrounding home football games are tricky. Are they a great time to rally around the University of Idaho and connect with your college friends? Absolutely! There are however limited options for our overnight guests in regards to the number of hotels and motels in Moscow and Pullman, WA on football game weekends — especially Homecoming. Staffing and resources are limited during Homecoming weekend, but if you are able to plan at least a year ahead we can do our best to make your reunion weekend a success.
Alumni Relations has partnerships with local hotels and motels and will secure room blocks that your attendees. There are also an increasing number of homes and apartments listed as rental options throughout the community.
Reunion groups can schedule as much or as little of their guests time as they would like. We offer and coordinate campus tours, wine/beer tours, meals on or off campus, special banquets, group transportation, local tours, lectures from faculty, presentations from students and more. Alumni Relations will help you decide what your attendees will want to do while they are back in Moscow to create a fun and memorable experience.
