After answering these questions and completing a Design Request Form, the university has brand standards that we will follow when designing communications.

Trying to maximize and manage the quality and quantity of emails sent by the university is important. The design team may create graphics for an email but the list development and distribution is managed by the web team.
While we have some resources for in-house copywriting and editing, in addition to freelancers, your copy should be as accurate and complete as possible when initiating a design project.
Our design team provides proofs for you to review prior to production, the number of which depends on the complexity of the project. It is the client’s responsibility to review and note desired changes during this process. While we value your feedback, keep in mind that fewer edits ultimately results in cost savings and keeps your project on schedule.
It is best to email or call to schedule a time to meet, as our design team is busy working on a large volume of projects. We may not be able to discuss your project immediately if you just stop by.
It depends on the project. It is best to make sure that any graphics used are of the highest quality and align with the university’s brand.
We charge $75 per hour, but are happy to discuss budget limitations.
We work with the Adobe Cloud (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Edge) and prefer vector or high resolution photos, especially for printing.
