    Executive Education programs

    As the State of Idaho’s premier business school, the College of Business and Economics embodies the principles of our land grant mission to address societal challenges and to empower communications through education, outreach and engagement.

    The Energy Executive Course is CBE’s premier executive program and is an exemplary example of collaboration with industry. Program alumni have ascended in their organizations and used their insights and connections formed while at University of Idaho to lead their companies and create a vision for the future.

    The Energy Executive Course network of over 3,000 leaders spans the globe and creates on-going value across the entire energy industry and its partner organizations.

    The Energy Executive Summit is a three-day executive forum designed specifically for energy leaders to discuss current trends and issues the industry faces, hear from top industry leaders and expand networking opportunities

    The Legislative Energy Horizon Institute is a 60-hour training program in energy policy planning designed specifically for state and provincial legislators, governor’s advisors and policymakers to provide a foundation of understanding on the North American energy infrastructure and delivery system. Over 470 policymakers representing 47 U.S. States, District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and 5 Canadian Provinces and Territories have graduated from the Institute.

    The College of Business and Economics partners with corporate clients from across the United States and around the world to create innovative leadership programs specifically designed to provide the tools and knowledge to accelerate strategic goals and impact.
