U of I Research Park Facilities

The University of Idaho Research Park in Post Falls houses technology and research organizations, as well as university programs. Space is available for daily rentals or long-term lease.

Classroom Rental

The classroom at the U of I Research Park is owned and operated by the university. It can accommodate:

• 75 guests (theater style)
• 36 guests (collaboration style with tables of four)
• 50+ guests (classroom style with tables and chairs facing the front)

Classroom features include:

• Instructor podium with desktop computer
• Document camera
• Front 4k 75” LCD TV
• Guest internet connectivity

This room may be divided in half by a movable air wall. Maximum seating in each half is dependent upon client needs.

The classroom is available for rental during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday). Rental outside of normal business hours may be available for an additional fee.

Conference Room Rental

A small conference room is located off the lobby and can accommodate eight to 10 individuals. Use fees may be incurred.
