Graduate Awards
Individuals and teams are eligible for all categories. Award money will be divided among team members.
Interdisciplinary Research Presentation Award:
The Interdisciplinary Research Award will recognize outstanding completed or on-going research conducted as part of a degree program at the University of Idaho which integrates concepts or ideas across distinctly different disciplines. Students and teams will present their research through a presentation (up to 18 minutes in length) to a panel of judges. Technology will be available for display purposes, if required.
Disciplinary Research Presentation Award:
The Disciplinary Research Award will recognize outstanding completed or on-going research in a distinct discipline conducted as part of a degree program at the University of Idaho. Students will present their research through a presentation (up to 18 minutes in length) to a panel of judges. Technology will be available for display purposes, if required.
Artistic and Creative Activity Presentation Award:
The Artistic and Creative Activity Award will recognize outstanding visual, performing, or creative arts which are either on-going or completed as part of a degree program at the University of Idaho. Students will present their research through a presentation (up to 18 minutes in length) to a panel of judges. Technology, if required, will be available for display purposes. Due to the nature of this award, students are encouraged to present their actual artistic or creative works to the panel of judges for review. If the work is not able to be presented in person due to location or size, photographic or video evidence of the work would be appropriate.
