Billing and Payment Information
Fall and Spring Terms
All returning and new students will receive an email billing notification sent to their MyUI account only. Parents or others needing copies of the billing statement will need to get this information from the student. All tuition, fees, room and board and prior term balances are due in full by the first day of the term. A $100 late payment fee begins on the eleventh day of the term if your account is not paid in full or you have not signed up for a payment plan. See the Late Fee Schedule for additional possible late fees.
** Failure to receive a bill does not relieve students from payment responsibilities.**
** Student registration is not canceled for non-payment.**
Summer Term
All returning and new students will receive an email billing notification sent to their MyUI account only. All payments are due prior to, or on, the first Monday day of the first session for which a student is enrolled.
An example: A student is registered for one class in the first session and one class in the last session. Payment for both classes is due prior to or on the first Monday of the first session. Late fees begin on the Thursday of the first session. Please refer to the Summer Session Dates and Deadlines webpage.

Troubles with Student Account Center?
-
Do NOT use a mobile device or tablet as the page typically does not display properly or at all.
-
Using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your web browser works the best. Other web browsers, including Safari and Firefox, will NOT work.
-
Your pop-up blocker needs to be turned off in order for a new tab to open for the payment system.
-
If you pressed the back button on your browser at any time, you will be taken to a screen asking for your login and password. This login will NOT work. You will need to log off MyUI and log back on, or reboot your computer.
If you mail your payment, it must arrive by the first day of the semester to avoid a late fee.
