Exploring complex relationships between diet and health
Your program of study will be individualized based on your research interests, academic experiences and collaboration with your major advisor. You will conduct innovative and high-quality research to solve emerging problems in nutritional sciences. Our faculty are exploring issues like maternal and infant nutrition, microbiomes and health, food insecurity, nutrition and cognition, nutrition and mental health, nutrition education, and global nutrition.
This nutritional sciences doctorate will give you the professional leadership skills you need to succeed in food, pharmaceutical and allied wellness industries, government or academia.
