Campus Mail Services

Campus Mail Services manages the secure pickup and delivery of U.S., international and interdepartmental mail and packages across the Moscow campus. We serve all academic, administrative and auxiliary units, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of deliveries to campus facilities.

How to address mail for U of I campus deliveries

Use the format below for all carriers except FedEx Express or DHL:

Make sure to include the Mail Stop (MS) number to ensure timely delivery. The best way to avoid lost or miss-delivered packages is to use the address of 875 Perimeter Drive followed by a campus Mail Stop number.

What we do

The Building Operations Group ensures that campus spaces are safe, functional and ready for use. In collaboration with the Events and Conferences team, we coordinate:

• Room scheduling
• Event setup and tear-down
• Information desk support
• Custodial services
• Building maintenance and general operations

We support a wide range of daily activity on campus — from academic classes to guest speakers and community events.
