The Women's Leadership Conference is a collaboration between the University of Idaho and Washington State University open to individuals of all gender identities.

By joining us as a speaker, you become part of the largest event on the Palouse empowering women in leadership, celebrating diversity and building a strong community of professionals. Your insights and experiences contribute significantly to the growth and development of our attendees.
