4-H Documents and Forms
Documents not available for download may be obtained by contacting your county's University of Idaho Extension office.
Enrollment
Individuals can enroll at any time but are encouraged to enroll between Oct. 1 and Jan. 16 in order to be eligible for top awards or participate in any market animal project. Enrollments received after Jan. 16 may still participate in 4-H events but will not receive top awards and may not enroll in a market animal project. Enrollment in other projects is subject to availability.

Fees
There is a nominal annual fee that helps cover the cost of project curriculum, accident insurance, resource materials, related mailings, and state participation fees.
The current annual base fees for 1-3 projects are:
- Cloverbuds: $30
- Regular members: $30
- Horse members: $32
There is a $3 per project fee for youth participating in more than three projects.
- Volunteers: $3
- Horse Volunteers $4
Market Animal Projects
- Livestock Bill of Sale/Proof of Ownership (PDF). This form is not required to be used but for ease, may be used for Bonner County weigh-in. Document displays all required information for Bonner County weigh-in's including birth dates of animal.
- ISDA Livestock Import Rules (PDF). All rules apply to 4-H livestock animals brought into Idaho from out of state.
