UI Extension, Washington County partners with the University of Idaho’s research and academic faculty, staff and students to bring unbiased, locally-relevant and research-based programs to its citizens.
Benefits of UI Extension, Washington County Programs and Services
Farmers and ranchers benefit by learning how to increase productivity and ensure a safe, reliable food supply while also reducing environmental impacts.
Youth benefit by participating in 4-H programs to develop confidence, leadership and life skills. Afterschool and summer programs are also offered to further educate youth.
Programs in community development, water quality and horticulture benefit all county citizens.
