Food for Fines

It's back! The 8th Annual "Food for Fines" Fall BINGO runs this year from Nov. 1 through Dec. 13, 2024. No one enjoys receiving a parking citation but now there's an option to help your fellow Vandals and the Moscow community put food on the table this holiday season.

Which citations are eligible?

  • $25 Meter Citations
  • $30 Permit Citations
  • $30 Overnight Citations

How many can I pay with food?

  • ONE citation received between Nov. 1, 2024 through Dec. 13, 2024
  • PLUS: up to TWO citations received between May 4, 2024 and Oct. 31, 2024.

How does this work?

  • Select a BINGO Card
  • A BINGO of donated items pays your citation- select a vertical, horizontal or diagonal line

Where do I bring my BINGO items?

  • Bring BINGO items INSIDE to the Parking and Transportation Services office at the Intermodal Transit Center, located at 1006 Railroad Street at the corner of Sweet and Railroad

Where do the donated items go?
