2024 Lionel Hampton Jazz Fest Commemorative Poster Unveiling on Oct. 4

MOSCOW, Idaho — The University of Idaho invites the public to attend the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival Commemorative Art Unveiling reception at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, at the Third Street Gallery inside Moscow City Hall, 206 E. Third St., Moscow.

The free event will showcase the 2024 festival commemorative poster created by award-winning artist Shogo Ota, a U of I graduate, with a limited number of the individually screen-printed posters available for purchase. 

The U of I Jazz Choir 2 and the World Beat Ensemble will provide live music. Light refreshments will be available. An exhibition of Jazz Festival posters from previous years will be on display as well.
