Lionel Hampton School of Music Presents ‘A Night at the Movies’ on Nov. 13

MOSCOW, Idaho — University of Idaho’s Lionel Hampton School of Music (LHSOM) has partnered with the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre to offer an evening of film and visual art at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13.
Set to live music performances, “A Night at the Movies” features eight vignettes featuring classic films with new accompaniments, operatic scenes with live reenactments, musical ghost stories set to time-lapse films, choreographed ensembles with scrolling scores and more.
Tickets are $25, including popcorn and a no-host bar, or $100, which includes priority seating, a complimentary beverage and access to a 6 p.m. pre-concert talk with the performers and composers in the Kenworthy’s backstage speakeasy.
Tickets are available at kenworthypac.square.site or at the door of the Kenworthy, 508 S. Main St., Moscow. All proceeds support LHSOM students and faculty.
