Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc.
Mission Statement
Lambda Theta Phi believes Latino Unity is essential in order to create cultural, social and political awareness in the Latino Community and in the American Society. We are committed to uphold and enhance our Latino Unity through social movements.
Academic Outlook
To keep a record of both semester and cumulative GPA's of all Chapter members, to validate GPA for members eligibility to hold office, to schedule weekly study table time blocks to ensure each member completes a minimum three hours of study table per week, to dictate more study table hours on members if needed in accordance with our study guidelines, and to hold a record of chapter study table hours. We have a required GPA of 2.5. We also received the highest GPA within the sector for the Fall or 2016.

Volunteering
We have volunteered with various offices on campus for their events such as The Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Women's Center, Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse and many more. We have also done community service with many local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Latah County Court House, and many more. We hold our members to a high standard of doing community service when we have the opportunity. We believe that giving back is a fundamental value to our fraternity.
Study and Homework
We have study table on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the library.
