Theophilus Tower
The first-year experience
With over 350 residents, the Theophilus Tower is an eleven-story residence hall designed for the first-year experience. As the most popular choice for first-years, the tower can provide additional support and guidance to students transitioning from high school to college. With its energetic environment and specialized floors for engineering and computer science students, the Tower provides many social and academic opportunities.

Rates are subject to Idaho State Board of Education approval.
Rates are billed to students per semester. Students who apply for fall housing will sign a full-year contract.
First-year students living in the residence halls and all students living in Wallace, Theophilus Tower, North Campus Communities and McConnell are required to have a meal plan. Meal plan information can be found on the Idaho Eats Website.
Features
The Tower features a TV room on every floor, laundry room, game room, computer lab and private study rooms. All resident's rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave.
The twin XL beds in the Tower have 23 inches of clearance between the floor and the lowest part of the bed.
To accommodate under the bed storage or add extra height to your bed, consider purchasing bed risers. Most bed risers will lift a bed 8 additional inches.
The Tower offers 11 gender-specific floors with community restrooms. Each floor offers double rooms; all rooms include two twin beds, two vanity/dresser sets, two closets, two desks and two chairs. The building also includes entertainment lounges, study lounges and a computer lab. Themes in the Tower include Engineering and Computer Science, the Women in Idaho Science and Engineering (WiiSE) floors and the College of Business and Economics.
