It’s important to set up your Vandal accounts, MyUI and VandalMail, as soon as possible to ensure you receive crucial information and updates about financial aid, billing, housing, deadlines and more. Please check your MyUI and VandalMail accounts frequently to make sure you don't miss any information.
- MyUI allows you access to your transcripts, student account, add or drop class forms, registration and other essential items that are vital to your success at the University of Idaho.
- VandalMail is the official email your professors, academic advisor and the different university departments use to communicate important dates and information with you.
While setting up your accounts, you must enroll in Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Duo MFA provides extra protection for your account to ensure you are the only one who can access it.

Your academic advisor plays a major role in helping you plan your academic future. Before registering for classes each semester, you will meet with your advisor to talk about your course requirements and goals. Use our Advisor Finder to see who your advisor is.
