CALS Highlights Form

The purpose of this form is to recognize and highlight the good work that faculty, staff and students are conducting within CALS throughout the state of Idaho. We are asking that each department head take the time to complete this form twice a year (dates will be set by the IDEA committee) and highlight one on-campus and one off-campus group (if possible).

When applicable, please highlight the diversity of faculty, students and staff within your departments. If you have any questions, please email Trevor White (trevorw@uidaho.edu).
