Aaron Schab joined the University of Idaho English Department in January 2008, primarily teaching technical writing and introductory literature courses. He is also the faculty liaison for Dual Credit English 101, English 175, English 257 and English 258, working with high school instructors to present college-level literature courses to Idaho's high school students for college credit. He has spent recent years exploring online curriculum and course design and is the author of "Introduction to Literary Genres: A Concise Reader" (Kendall Hunt Publishing, 2014). Before teaching college, Aaron worked as an editor for a Seattle print and online media company. Aaron was raised on a family farm in southern Idaho and remains a compulsive gardener. He is married with three children, two dogs, and an assortment of pet bicycles and musical instruments.
