Farmworker Awareness Week
National Farmworker Awareness Week (NFAW) is a week of action for students and community members to raise awareness about farmworker issues on our campuses and in our communities and to honor the critical contributions farmworkers make! In 2025, we celebrate National Farmworker Awareness Week with the national theme,” Nuestra Voz, Nuestra Historia” “Our Voice, Our History”.

Donations will help Idaho farmworkers protect themselves against the dangers of sun and pesticide exposure.

Bandana Project — FAW Crafternoon
Date: Thursday, March 27 | Violence Prevention and Education Office | Memorial Gym 109 | 12:30-2:30 p.m.
Come decorate a bandana and learn about the campaign raising awareness of workplace sexual violence against farmworker women.
FAW Day of Service — Sigma Lambda Beta
Dates: March 27-31
This year’s service project with SLB will focus on collecting food donations and raising awareness of the food insecurity many farmworking families face.
