Idaho Law: Consent Required

You must have an individual’s written consent before publicly disseminating any recording or photograph of an individual in Idaho that was taken via a UAS.

• Review Idaho Code 21-213(2)(a) and (b) for details and exceptions.
• You must also have written consent from an individual or property owner in Idaho before using a UAS to photograph, record, intentionally conduct surveillance, gather evidence, or collect information of that individual or property.
