EVS0019

July 7, 2020

In this video, University of Idaho Extension Educator Laura Sant demonstrates how to make cranberry orange upside down spice cake. Including fruit in desserts is a great way to infuse some healthy nutrients while enjoying an occasional treat.

Mandarin oranges contain Vitamin A and antioxidants that help to reduce the risk of infections and chronic diseases. Cranberries contain bioactive compounds that have a long list of health benefits. Eating cranberries decreases inflammation and supports digestive health. Take inspiration from this mealtime video and consider how you can add more fruit to your diet.
