25Live provides quick, convenient web-based access for scheduling events and activities in spaces that you manage. You’ll have access to location reports that can help you to understand when and how your locations are used and who uses them. You may save time by limiting space requests to those spaces that show as open on your 25Live web calendar.
With all event data aggregated in a single database, university administration derives great benefit from the ability to analyze location event-use information for discovery and planning purposes, including potential remodeling, new building construction and prompt restoration of campus operations after a local disaster.
No. The university has acquired unlimited user licenses for 25Live. You only need to sign up and commit a small amount of time for set-up and training.
Yes. Outlook is for scheduling people. 25Live is for scheduling space. Outlook will be used to schedule the people that need to attend your event, and 25Live will be used to schedule the location where they will meet. Once you’ve scheduled the event location in 25Live, add the location name to your Outlook meeting notice and send it out.
All currently scheduled space with capacity of four or more in the following categories:

Probably not! If you have any remaining spaces that are still being scheduled outside of 25Live. please contact us using the intake survey and list those locations that you would like to add.
Scheduled space not identified to or scheduled with 25Live may be identified as surplus and may be delegated for reassignment to other units.
