These guides will help you get started using 25Live Pro. Scroll through some of the guides below; More will be coming soon. Still need help? Contact r25@uidaho.edu.
The Pro Navigation bar
Your options, from left to right:

The University of Idaho logo will take you to the U of I home page.

The Switch back to Old Wizard link will return you to the old, paginated event entry form. We will retain access to this form through the cutover to Pro, although it will eventually be removed.

The Try New Event Form! Link will load the new, non-paginated event form.

The 25Live Pro link will return you to the Home page Dashboard, from anywhere in Pro.

If you have tasks, the number of tasks will appear in red.

Your Signed-in User name (this shows after you authenticate by signing in).

More – the Pro navigation links are all here – and you can link to the Scheduling application.

Think about what you want to do and select from the following items:
- List — Initiates a search and display of starred items
- Calendar — Loads calendar of starred locations for current week
- Availability — Loads day view by hour of starred locations for current day
- Search — Loads the search functions menu to select items searched for
- Reports — Loads the Reports directory
- 25Live Scheduling — Loads the quick Scheduling App

The Pro Home Dashboard with Starred items
Starred items make it easier to navigate!
- Quick Search – enter keywords, event references, locations names, etc.
- Starred Event Searches – run them from a convenient list to return data
- Find Available Locations – initiate scheduling an event from here
- Create an Event – open the event creation form
- Upcoming Events – quick access to current events where you have a role
- Draft Events - quick access to events not yet confirmed
- Tasks – links to Tasks menus
- Starred Events, Locations, and Resources – quick access to these items
Select the Customize Dashboard link to rearrange or hide what you don’t need!

Use Multiple Browser Tabs with 25Live Pro
Right click links and select Open in a New Tab. See the example screenshot.
In this view, the Details for a location are open in one tab. While the second tab is hidden, it is displaying the Calendar for this location. Multiple tabs and views can be opened to display various details for events and locations.
