The Idaho Water Resources Research Institute currently partners to run two education programs. The Confluence Project (TCP) promotes hands-on experience, field data collection and higher education degrees to high schoolers in the natural sciences. An adult education program, SEEP, trains professionals in stormwater and erosion control best practices.

The Stormwater and Erosion Education Program (SEEP) professional development classes available to anyone in the construction industry and related disciplines who wants to improve their skill, understanding and marketability in the stormwater and erosion control field.
