Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji)
The mission statement of Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) is: "Phi Gamma Delta unites men in enduring friendships, stimulates the pursuit of knowledge, and builds courageous leaders who serve the world with the best that is in them."
Chapter Scholarships
Study Cohort Scholarship: Undergraduates are grouped in a study group of 3-5. At the end of the first semester the group with the most improved collective GPA receives a scholarship. The goal is to increase academic excellence across the Fraternity.
Graduate Scholarship: The intent of this scholarship is to honor the Mu Iota graduates who have dedicated their time, talent, and treasure over the past years. Requirements are to illustrate the values of the Fraternity. The recipient shall be financially current and in good standing with both the Fraternity and the University.
Freshmen Scholarship: Incoming freshmen are eligible for this award. The goal is to attract potential new members to consider Phi Gamma Delta. Requirements are a GPA of 3.25 or better. The recipient shall be financially current and in good standing with both the Fraternity and the University.
Michael "Southie" Southcombe Scholarship: The intent of this scholarship is to honor the memory and dedication of Michael Southcombe '57. Requirements are to illustrate the dedication, work ethic, selflessness, and commitment to upholding the values of our chapter. The recipient shall be financially current and in good standing with both the Fraternity and the University.
