Wallace Residence Center
Everything in one place
The largest of our residence halls, the multi-winged Wallace Residence Center houses over 800 students. A community for Freshman level students, Wallace is centrally located and shares its Eatery Dining Hall and outdoor quad area with our other residence halls. With its lounges, community spaces and study facilities, Wallace allows for fun, recreation and studying.
Willey is one of four wings in Wallace Residence Center consisting of six co-ed floors with gender-specific suites. Willey is a first-year living option only. Each room includes two twin XL beds (bunk style), one large vanity with sink, two closets, two desks and chairs. Restrooms are located in the middle of each four-person suite. Suites are gender specific and located on a co-ed floor. All residence hall rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave.

Rates are subject to Idaho State Board of Education approval.
Rates are billed to students per semester. Students who apply for fall housing will sign a full-year contract.
First-year students living in the residence halls and all students living in Wallace, Theophilus Tower, North Campus Communities and McConnell are required to have a meal plan. Meal plan information can be found on the Idaho Eats Website.
