Foundation Gift Processing, Records and Data Enrichment is key to successful record updates and data management efforts within Ellucian CRM advance.
Records and Data Enrichment is responsible for:
- Entering, storing, securing, verifying and maintaining CRM data related to the University of Idaho’s alumni, supporters, donors and internal operations.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, testing and correcting data, workflow and integrations to and from Ellucian CRM Advance.
- Creating business practices and providing training to other Ellucian CRM Advance power users.
Foundation Gift Processing is key to successfully receiving gifts in a variety of forms that include cash contributions, marketable securities and real estate, and through planned giving opportunities such as bequests, gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts and others.
Gift Processing is responsible for:
- Processing internal gift loads
- Processing external gift loads
- Verifying gift funds
- Maintain federal, state and local auditing compliance
- Pledge reminders/invoicing
- Donor gift receipting
