Graduate Teaching Assistantship Application
A Graduate Teaching Assistantships is a selective, paid position with responsibilities that include working closely with assigned professor to support the academic offerings of the course, participation as a critic in final studio reviews, and assisting in University recruiting events. A TA position includes a stipend and partial or full tuition waiver and requires that all TAs be on campus a week before school starts for training and to assist with class prep. All TA assignments require being on the Moscow campus.
Selection of TAs is based on availability of funding, program needs, and alignment of faculty and student preferences. This is a competitive application process, with a limited number of positions available. It is recommended that you speak with any instructors whose courses you wish to TA for so they know of your interest and can advise you about any required preparation for the position.
This application form is for continuing students at the Moscow Campus. New Master of Architecture applicants are automatically considered for assistantships and need not use this application.
