You will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (MGT) by choosing from one of these degree plans:

• MGT - Management Option
• MGT - Human Resources Option
• MGT - Entrepreneurship and Small-Business Management Option

Degree Emphases

One Degree. Three Options.

Management Emphasis

You will develop the skills to:

• Manage any organization, large or small, for- or non-profit, and government or industry.
• Become a strategic, tactical planner who can monitor outcomes, organize resources and lead teams and change.
• Understand the relationship between all business disciplines, from accounting and information systems to marketing, supply chain management and more, in any organization.

Human Resources Option

You will develop the skills to:

• Attract, grow and retain talent for any organization to maintain a competitive edge.
• Have meaningful impacts on employee performance, satisfaction, retention and citizenship behavior.
• Customize your understanding of a specific area including mentoring and coaching, training and development and more.

Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management Option

You will develop the skills to:

• Launch and manage a business through the startup phase and beyond.
• Expand and strengthen an existing business, from the family farm to a property management enterprise.
• Build a strong, professional network among future and established entrepreneurs and business leaders.
