Outreach
University of Idaho College of Law engages professional communities, including journalists, judges, practitioners, educators, tribes and other governments. The Idaho Journalism Institute shared valuable information for journalists who are covering the courts while the Jurist in Residence program offers judges a week in residence at the law school, to attend classes, engage with students and professors, and conduct research collaboratively with a student.
The University of Idaho College of Law also provides practical learning opportunities for students to exercise their lawyering skills while also serving the community. Our pro bono and experiential programs offer useful services to individuals, who may be underserved and underrepresented, through clinics, institutes, and workshops.
